SWOT Analyse

The SWOT analysis is a method with which you can determine how a company is positioned internally and what position it has in the market. The name SWOT is made up of the initial letters of the English terms for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

The strengths and weaknesses in a SWOT analysis relate to internal factors that the company can control. These include, for example, financial resources or technological capabilities. Opportunities and threats, on the other hand, are external factors. These can be market changes or competitive pressure to which the company must react.
